On completion, the 100 Bridge Street development will see the construction of a new mixed-use building on a key site in the heart of the historic town of Muswellbrook in the Upper Hunter Valley.

In close proximity to the Muswellbrook Regional Entertainment Centre, the project forms part of a master-plan being developed by Muswellbrook Shire Council to a design prepared by FJMT Studio. The master-plan will revitalise the centre of the town with a major new cultural centre, a new town square and a range of new infrastructure initiatives.

100 Bridge Street will complement these works with a building that combines street-level retail and food and beverage offerings, along with commercial offices on the first floor, and a grouping of new apartments at the upper level with terraces that look across the new public square to district views of the township and the Hunter Valley beyond.
