The Carpe Diem Community is an innovative and sustainable collection of premium workspaces and executive suites within ITS Tower 2 at Barangaroo, providing small-scale tenancy communities access to world-class design, technology, activations and building management services.

The project scope includes a vertical village and tenancy fit-outs from levels 30 to 31. Collins and Turner have collaborated with Geyer on the centrepiece of the project – the show stopping ‘Companionway’ staircase and social space that links the levels. The project was constructed by Buildcorp, and has been announced this week as category winner of the 2019 MBA awards for interior fit-outs $15-$20m.
