Monika studied architecture at Vilnius Tech University, where she received her Master of Architecture degree in 2021, and completed part of her academic studies in Florence, Italy. In the early stages of her professional career in Lithuania, she contributed to various public, residential, and educational projects, including award-winning competition entries such as the LRT Headquarters in Vilnius and the Memorial of the 1863–1864 Uprising. She also engaged in architectural sculpture and memorial design. As a member of Collins and Turner, Monika has been involved in residential and mixed-use developments, emphasising the creation of high-quality living environments, material clarity, and sustainable design principles.
