A state signficant development application has been lodged for two residential blocks at the Boulevarde in Punchbowl. With federal funding from the Housing Australia Future Fund, the project will deliver 114 affordable residential apartments within two timeless block characterised by rigorous brick detailing and extensive integration of landscape.
